Making Music, the organisation that represents over 4,000 amateur music making groups has once again partnered with Classic FM to invite its members to submit recordings of their ensembles singing or playing a Christmas carol to be broadcast on the station over the festive period.
From the hundreds of entries, 11 recordings were chosen to be featured Classic FM's 'Relaxing Evenings', presented by Zeb Soanes.
Ellington Hark
The first carol chosen, 'Hark! The Herald Angels Sing' was performed by Ellington Colliery Band from Northumberland on Sunday 14th December.
They will now be joined by Leeds Festival Chorus, Lanarkshire Guitar and Mandolin Association and City of Oxford Choir at 8.50pm each evening on Classic FM.
