Grimethorpe next up for Best of Brass series

Grimethorpe will head to Pudsey Civic Hall next month as part of the Leeds 'Best of Brass' series of concerts.

Grimethorpe Colliery Band will bring their unique form of brass band entertainment to Pudsey Civic Hall on Saturday 8th February (7.30pm) as part of their contribution to the Leeds 'Best of Brass' concert series.

Audience friendly

Led by Ben Dixon, they promise a programme of audience favourites as well as a sparkling showcase of their leading soloists.

One of these is solo euphonium player Mark Glover who said: "Since joining Grimethorpe in 2023 I've enjoyed playing in concerts all over the UK.

We deliver a huge variety of music for people to enjoy — from test-pieces to Brassed Off of course. I'm sure there will be something on the programme for everyone to enjoy."
