Final call for Scottish Challenge

Bands need to be sharp if they wish to take part in the popular Band Supplies Scottish Challenge Contest in Perth.

The final call is being made for bands wishing to enter the 2024 Band Supplies Scottish Challenge Contest.

The popular own-choice test-piece event for bands national graded in Sections 1-4, will form part of the wider Scottish Festival of Brass at Perth Concert Hall on Saturday 16th November. It will be adjudicated by Brett Baker and Alan Widdop.

There will be a split draw and bands should indicate if they wish to be included in the early draw, with the contest starting at 9.30am.

Bands already entered are requested to forward details of the music they are performing as well as the name of their conductor.

The closing date for entries is 1st October. Band wishing to enter should contact Peter Fraser at: fraserp3@virginmedia.com
