Entries are now being invited for this year's 77th Fife Charities Open Contest which will take place in the Adam Smith Theatre, Kirkcaldy, on Saturday 28th September.
The contest, organised by the Fife Charities Band Association, is a qualifying event for the British Open Spring Festival.
Closing date
As such the closing date for applications is 31st August although band secretaries are asked to be aware that entries will be capped and closed at 16 bands as soon as that number is reached.
A waiting list will be made on a first come, first served basis.
