The Pemberton Band will host its inaugural 'Solo & Ensemble' competition open to players of all ages at its rehearsal base on Saturday 20th April (10.00am)
Supported by Mercer & Barker mouthpieces and Adams Brass, the adjudicators will be Helen and Glyn Williams, who will also provide an open masterclass as well as star in a special evening concert featuring the Championship Section band.
Categories
There are sections for 12 Years & Under; 16 Years & Under and an Open category for individuals, whilst there is also an ensemble section, each with prizes. The entry fee is just £5.00 per person, which will be taken the price of the ticket for the evening concert if they wish to attend.
