Brass Bands England (BBE) is offering member bands participating in its 2023 National Youth Championships the chance to earn back their entry fee for the event, which is due to take place on 25th March at Stockport Grammar School.

The participation fee is currently set at £25 per band for BBE members (£75 for non-members), and includes the opportunity to perform, listen to other youth bands and attend a range of workshops.

£1 per ticket

BBE is offering £1 off per ticket for up to 25 audience tickets, covering the cost of the entry fee for its members. Savings can then be passed on to parents and supporters or retained to support the band.

BBE have confirmed that performance places at the event are filling up much faster than in previous years, with half of the performance slots having already been allocated.

Enthusiasm

Alex Parker, BBE's Relationship & Partnership Development Manager told 4BR: "It's great to see the enthusiasm of youth bands and ensembles who are eager to perform at the event.

Both performance halls are going to be busy and any bands and ensembles looking to participate, should register now and order your audience tickets as soon as possible."

The deadline for band registration is 17th January 2023, or when places are filled.
