With Remembrance Sunday approaching (8th November), photographer Lorne Campbell has taken an evocative image of Adam White of McQueen's Instrument Repairers in Pendlebury, Great Manchester undertaking a final check on a bugle produced by the company in their workshop.

Sacrifice

McQueen's supplies bugles exclusively to the HM Royal Marines, and many British regimental bands, many of which will be performed on to signal the thanks of a nation to those who made the ultimate sacrifice in defence of democracy and freedom.

The image has already been used by the Daily Telegraph newspaper this week..
