The north-west region Championship Section Acceler8 Band has announced the signing of Joe Pearson as their new bass trombone player.

New addition

The new addition to the ranks of the Cheshire based ensemble is a member of the Cannock Salvation Army Band and is currently studying to be a teacher in Newcastle, Staffordshire, with MD Jef Sparkes telling 4BR: "Joe's terrific sound really impressed me along with the strong commitment to everything he is involved with. He's going to be a great addition to the group."
