Mode for...Publishing has just released a new range 'Mode for...Five!' to help brass musicians get back to playing live music within current restrictions.
Working hard
Director of Mode for... Tabby Kerwin told 4BR: "Here at Mode for... we know how hard and frustrating it is right now for brass band musicians.
It's hard to accurately know how COVID-19 restrictions affect us and we know organisations such as Brass Bands England are working hard to get clarification for musicians on recent Government guidelines."
Make music
Tabby added: "It's frustrating, we understand that, but even with 'The Rule of Six' in place we can start to make music, be that online or working within strict outside social distancing parameters in groups.
We support the music making and mental health of brass bands musicians and that means helping to get you back playing to support your wellbeing and positive mental health.
That's why, this week, we are launching our new range 'Mode for...Five!"

Immediate download
Tabby revealed that the collections of brass quintets are available for immediate PDF download on purchase.
So why quintet when we can have 6 people?
"Well, because we know conductors and percussionists might want to get involved too so the quintet music allows for someone to direct your group whilst staying within the 'Rule of Six' guidelines,"Tabby said.
First releases in the Mode for...Five! range are 'The Baroque Collection' and 'The Folk Collection'.
