The University of West of England Bristol's Centre for Music has just launched a new 'Inspire' masterclass series with leading professional musicians.
And on Wednesday 14th October (7.00pm) the series will feature lead trumpet star Mike Lovatt, who will lead brass players through their paces with tips and advice on technique and how to improve their own performance and musicianship.

Monday 12th October: Julian Bliss (clarinet)
Tuesday 13th October: Charlotte Mobbs (vocal)
Wednesday 14th October: Mike Lovatt (trumpet)

Senior Lecturer in Classical and Jazz Music Enrichment, Steven Legge, told 4BR: "Our four guest artists are simply the very best in the business and are sure to inspire us all.
The masterclasses are free for UWE Centre for Music members and only £15 to members of the public. All four masterclasses will be held online via Zoom.
