Great line-up for SBBA Virtual Learning Roadshow

There is something for everyone to be informed by on the Scottish Brass Band Association Virtual Learning Roadshow on Sunday 20th September.

The details and running order for the Scottish Brass Band Association's 'Virtual Learning Roadshow' has been finalised for Sunday 20th September.

Reaching out

SBBA had originally planned two event — one each in the east and west of Scotland — during June and September with the intention of reaching out to brass band musicians with useful workshop and information sessions as a means of celebrating the organisation's 125th anniversary year.

Now, because of COVID-19, the two events are being combined into this single, online experience.

Tintwistle Band

June 9 • Tintwistle Band are looking for a 2nd horn player to help complete the team. . We rehearse Monday and Thursday 8-10pm under the baton of our MD Jim Henson, at our own bandroom on Old Road in Tintwistle, and perform a variety of concerts all year round.


Crewe Brass

June 5 • Crewe Brass are looking for PERCUSSION PLAYERS (TUNED and KIT) to join our highly motivated 4th section band. We are a very welcoming and sociable band, with a positive outlook and a reasonably busy calendar of engagements. Other enquiries are welcome.
