A new trio of recital performances has been sponsored by Geneva Group with assistance from Arts Council England, through BrassPass.tv
The media outlet says they will be the first of 20 concert performances showcasing leading musicians sponsored by major instrument manufacturers. The first 'In the Spotlight' series will air in early August featuring Black Dyke players Brett Baker (trombone) Zoe Lovatt-Cooper (flugel) and Adam Neild (cornet).
The recordings took place recently under social distancing guidelines in Oldham Music Services' Lyceum Building. The soloists were accompanied by Ruth Hollick from the Royal Northern College of Music who works for various choirs and ensembles and is also a member of Rainford Band.
