Due to its cancellation because of the Coronavirus pandemic, European Brass Band Association President, Ulf Rosenberg talks to 4BR Editor Iwan Fox about what he feels the decision has meant to the local organisers, EBBA and the wider banding movement.
He also talks about EBBAs ongoing work and what he hopes the future holds.
