Paul Fisher is the Musical Director of the Amersham Band in Buckinghamshire, an organisation that boasts a remarkable musical set-up that is intrinsically linked into the heart of their local community.

Not only do they offer musical opportunities with an 'open door' policy for players of all standards, but they are actively involved on a daily basis to ensure that contact is made with players and their families.

All that and they are still fundraising to meet a target of over £400,000 to put the finishing touches to their new rehearsal facility.
