4BR has been speaking to leading personalities, players and conductors in the banding world during the Coronavirus pandemic.

And with the contesting world in shutdown, we caught up with Nicholas Garman, secretary of the Association of Brass Band Adjudicators (AoBBA), who in his day time job is an international examiner for the London College of Music.

In that respect he speaks about the importance of students maintaining their exam preparations, whilst with his AoBBA hat on we ask him about what happened and what lessons there are to learn from the unfortunate mix-up at the recent Midlands Third Section Regional Championships.
