Yamaha has welcomed the respected Swedish trombonist and conductor Andreas Kratz to their international stable of artists.

Experience
The former tenor and bass-trombonist of the Gothenburg Opera House was raised in the Salvation Army and started playing in its Tranås Band at an early age. Later on he studied trombone with Ingemar Roos in Gothenburg before joining the Gothenburg Opera as well as playing with many top Scandinavian orchestras.
He has also gained a great deal of experience with brass and wind bands in both the amateur and professional spheres, and has studied conducting at Gothenburg University of Music. He is frequently invited as guest conductor with several brass bands and wind bands in Europe.
