High profile roles to fill at National Youth Band

The National Youth Brass Band of Great Britain is looking to fill two high profile General Manager and Operations Manager roles with the organisation.

The National Youth Brass Band of Great Britain has invited applications to fill two new, integral roles in the running of the organisation.

Roles

The General Manager (£40,000 per annum pro rata) will direct the management team and provide strategic leadership over all the activities of the organisation.

This position is key to ensuring that the National Youth Brass Band of Great Britain meets the goals of its ongoing strategic plan.

The Operations Manager (£30,000 per annum pro rata) reporting to the General Manager, will manage the operational (house and artistic) staff team, audition and selection processes, events (including the Easter and two Summer courses) and performances of the Band meeting the goals of the organisation's strategic plan.
