4BR has been informed of the death of Thomas (Tom) Scheibner, the highly respected percussionist with the New York Staff and Montclair Citadel Bands.
He also led the Songsters (choir) at Montclair and will have been known to many as the organizing force behind the famous Star Lake Musicamp.
