River City Brass will commemorate the 18th anniversary of the tragic circumstances that occurred when a terrorist attack led to the fatal crash of United Airlines Flight 93 in Somerset County, Pennsylvania on September 11th 2001.

The band will perform at a special memorial service at the Flight 93 National Memorial to honour those innocent people who lost their lives.

It will include a moment of silence, sounding the Bells of Remembrance, a reading of the passengers and crew member names, and the laying of a wreath at the Wall of Names.

River City Brass will play before, during, and after the ceremony, which is scheduled to begin at 9.45am, with music including, 'The National Anthem', 'Hymn to the Fallen', 'America the Beautiful', and 'Going Home'.

The featured speaker at the event will be Mitchell Zuckoff, author of 'Fall and Rise: The Story of 9/11'.
