Tovey and Hindmarsh to assess baton work at NABBC competition

Bramwell Tovey and Paul Hindmarsh will be the men to impress at the forthcoming National Association of Brass Band Conductors (NABBC) conducting competition.

The heavyweight musical talents of Bramwell Tovey and Paul Hindmarsh will adjudicate the entrants for the 2019 National Association of Brass Band Conductors (NABBC) conducting competition.

The world renowned conductor and the hugely respected academic, publisher and producer will pass their judgments on the competitors at Eccles Town Hall on Saturday 8th June.

NABBC chair Mareika Gray told 4BR: "We're delighted to have been able to secure the services of Bram and Paul for our important competition.

They have vast musical experience and will be able to provide great feedback and insight for our competitors. In previous years, the applicants have found this to be invaluable and this year will be no different I'm sure."
