With their flagship National Youth Championships of Great Britain event taking place at Warwick School on Saturday (30th March), Brass Bands England has announced the list of adjudicators who will make the all important decisions.
30 bands
30 bands will take part in the four sections, with the action getting underway in the impressive Warwick Hall at 10.00am, when the 7 bands in the Elementary Section will be judged by Simone Rebello and Christopher Bond.
Following them (approx 1.30pm) will be the 12 bands in the Championship Section. They will have to perform Chris Bond's exciting set-work 'Corineus' as part of their programmes to impress judges Steve Sykes and Richard Ward.
Meanwhile, the Bridge House Theatre will host the Intermediate Section, which will feature 7 bands (11.30am) hoping to catch the ears of Owen Farr and Sam Fisher who will also enjoy the wonderful talents of the 4 bands in the new Debut Section (approx 3.00pm).

Constructive
BBE Chief Executive Kenneth Crookston told 4BR: "The mixture of experienced minds and those embarking on their adjudication careers is exactly what we had hoped for at this year's Youth Champs — all outstanding musicians.
They will provide constructive adjudications that will offer the young performers valuable feedback about their performances, allied with advice for future development.
It promises to be a great event in the excellent facilities at Warwick School and we encourage anyone in the Midlands and beyond to come along and see what the next generations of young brass band players have to offer."
