Denton back under one roof

All things musical are now back under the one roof for Denton Brass — and everyone is welcome to come along and join them.

Denton
No more outdoor rehearsals for the great youngsters of Denton Brass

The New Year has brought Denton Brass some welcome news as they have been able to bring their training band under the same roof as the rest of the organisation.

Denton has run a highly successful training structure for a number of years, with no less than six current players having started out started from their learner group.

All ages and abilities

The Training Band is open to players of all ages and abilities — from children to retirement age, total beginners to brass band returnees.

Every Thursday from 10th January, the Training Band rehearsals will take place at 7.00pm, immediately before the 'main band' rehearsal under the watchful expertise of Matthew Gee who will be working closely with Denton Brass MD Robert Yates to secure the future of the band for years to come.
