The programme will include works such as 'The Golden Pen', 'Variations-Celestial Prospect', 'Martyn', 'Le Tricot Rouge', 'My Treasure' and 'Victory for Me'.
Tom Nielsen, the current leader of the National Youth Brass Band of Great Britain and holder of the BBC Radio 2 Young Brass Award will perform 'Variations for Cornet and Band — Annie Laurie'.

Celebrate
John added: "There are events to celebrate the anniversary, but we're not aware of one taking place in London, so it's a great opportunity to hear some wonderful music, a great soloist and learn about Wilfred Heaton from his son-in-law, Bryan Stobart, who will be compering the programme."
