The RNCM will host the world class performers playing world class repertoire next January

According to Festival Artistic Director Paul Hindmarsh, the list of performers at the 2019 Royal Northern College of Music Brass Band Festival is a veritable 'Who's Who' of the best artistic talent the banding world has to offer.
