The Lindley Band has announced the signing of two new players this week, with Jenny Cook taking on the solo baritone role after enjoying a spell at Yorkshire Imps.

Also joining is trombone player John Haston from Skelmanthorpe Prospect Band. John joins on second trombone and will play alongside Victoria Oliver.

A spokesperson told 4BR: "The band welcomes both players and with John it enables us to enjoy the services of two great banders, double the experience and also cover for both Victoria and John's work commitments."
