Youth Brass 2000, the current British Open, National Youth and European Champions, have entered into a three-year endorsement agreement with Centre Stage Percussion.

The band's percussion section will now having access to the full range of the company's mallets and beaters, with Centre Stage also supporting their access to percussion instruments.

Amazing opportunities

Band spokesperson Mark Gilding told 4BR: "It's great to have the support of Centre Stage Percussion assisting us in providing amazing opportunities for young musicians.

At the end of June we have been invited to perform a series of concerts in Leeuwarden, the 2018 European City of Culture, and when we return will head to Music for Youth and a joint 'Champions in Concert' evening with Brighouse & Rastrick.

We have also been invited to perform at Kneller Hall with the Corps of Army Music and to undertake a tour of Lake Garda."

He added: "With the support of sponsors we have replaced our drum kit and bass drum which will be in action straight away. Centre Stage offers a great range of percussion instruments and accessories and it is a pleasure to be able access and endorse their range of sticks and mallets."

We are delighted to enter this endorsement agreement and look forward to sharing in their continued success in the years to come."
