The 2018 North American Brass Band Summer School has announced its line-up of international tutorial staff and fellow performers for its course that takes place between June 23rd and July 2nd in Nova Scotia, Canada.
Supported by Besson Musical Instruments, and run in association with the world's largest annual indoor show, the Royal Nova Nova Scotia International Tattoo, the Summer School is being held for the fifth time.
Tutors
Led by Course Director Dr Robert Childs with Senior Tutor David Childs, there will be an enhanced faculty of Tom Hutchinson (Cory), Bryan Appleby-Wineberg (Atlantic City), Emily Evans (Flowers), Brett Baker (Black Dyke), Lee Harrelson & Scott Watson (Fountain City) and James Foster (Woodfalls).
In addition the delegates will once again perform at world famous Royal Nova Scotia International Tattoo (which celebrates its 40th anniversary this year) which attracts over 5,000 visitors per day.
Performers from every continent of the globe are featured, with groups from Australia, Brazil, Canada, Germany, Jordan, Kenya, Russia, Singapore and the United States of America performing together with the NABBSS Band.
