Bradford's flower power draws the celebs

An ensemble from the City of Bradford Band recently enjoyed a blooming good time representing Yorkshire at the Chelsea Flower Show

A small ensemble from the City of Bradford Band headed south this week to perform at the world famous Chelsea Flower Show.

The band was invited to take part in a special 'Welcome to Yorkshire Garden' which attracted its fair share on well known guests and personalities — including Alan Titchmarsh and a very happy Jeremy Paxman!

Their appearance was featured on the BBC regional news, with a spokesperson telling 4BR: "We had a great time and our thanks go to 'Welcome to Yorkshire' for the invitations to be part of a brilliant day."
