2018 British Open is sold out

There is no room left at Symphony Hall for the 166th British Open Championship — so you will need to by lucky with any returns to the box office.

The sold out signs are already up for the 2018 British Open

It has been confirmed that the 2018 British Open Band Championship is now completely 'sold-out'.

Tickets for the event went on sale on Friday May 18th and as reported on 4BR, were almost entirely snapped up within the first 24 hours.

Unprecedented demand

With brass bands fans and supporters all over the world informed in advance of when they would go on sale for the 166th running of the event at Symphony Hall on Saturday 8th September, there was unprecedented demand to book seats to hear the performances of Bert Appermont's, 'A Brussels Requiem' by defending champion Valaisia, 2017 European champion Eikanger Bjorsvik and a host of world class UK bands.
