The A4 Brass Quartet is set for a live appearance on BBC Radio 3's flagship arts programme, 'In Tune'.
The award winning ensemble will appear on the show hosted by Sean Raffety on Monday 15th January (6.00pm).
Critically acclaimed
The invitation comes following critically acclaimed performances in 2017 at London's prestigious Wigmore Hall and St Martin-in-the-Fields, and just before they perform their first concert in Manchester's Bridgewater Hall.
Spokesperson Jonathan Bates told 4BR: "This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase what we do to a new audience and shows that there is interest and an appetite for brass ensemble repertoire and performances."

Long way
He added: "We hope to be able to talk about the concert, our backgrounds and ambitions as well as our plans for other upcoming projects and tours. We've come a long way from practicing in our halls of residence kitchen to playing at some of the world's finest concert halls in just four years!"
Alongside the conversation, the group will also perform three pieces live on air, including some of Bela Bartok's 'Six Romanian Folk Dances' and a movement from a brand new work composed especially for their recent Wigmore Hall recital by Bramwell Tovey.
