Derwent Brass has announced the signing of James Booth to their back row cornet section, joining the recently appointed Emily Bramble.
James most recently played with the Sheffield University Brass Band, which he not only founded, but then went on to play principal cornet with for three years. He also played lead trumpet in the university's Big Band and other ensembles including the Kirklees Symphony Orchestra.
