Foden's Band has issued an appeal to help fill the gaps in their rich history caused by the fire that destroyed their bandroom in April 2016.
Despite exceptional efforts to restore as many of the artefacts and items of memorabilia that were damaged, many were still lost forever.
Donate or loan
However, through extensive research the band has identified items such as old 78' records that they hope people may wish to donate or loan to their Heritage Lottery Fun project to help fill the fire damaged gaps of a truly unique banding history.
Band Manager Mark Wilkinson told 4BR: "Over the past year a considerable amount of time has been spent establishing exactly what was lost, and what could hopefully be replaced.
Although we still have an extensive amount of material that will be digitized and displayed on our new heritage website, there are still items that we believe can still be found around the world.
If anyone has any items, especially old 78's that they wish to donate or loan we would love to hear from them."

Safeguarding
He added: "Their generosity will be marked in the heritage project and they can be sure that they will be safeguarding a great band's history for future generations to appreciate."
Foden's has been running a Just Giving Page since the fire which will close on 1st September.
