Band Supplies head to Glasgow for Trombone Weekend

Band Supplies will be supporting the high-profile Glasgow Trombone Weekend — with expert help, great instruments and something for everyone...

Trombones
Band Supplies will have something for every type of trombone player in Glasgow...

The team from Band Supplies is looking forward to meeting trombone friends old and new at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland this weekend.

The high-profile Glasgow Trombone Weekend is currently taking place in the city with performances from the likes of Mnozil Brass and Christian Lindberg.

Conservatoire venue

The Royal Conservatoire is also hosting a full day of competition on Saturday, whilst Sunday sees the British Trombone Society hold a full day of activity including a massed blow and recitals from the likes of Matthew Gee, Gordon Campbell and Christian Jones.

Band Supplies will be exhibiting their range of trombone wares joined by the celebrated Brian Casson of Vincent Bach.

Expert help

Brian will be on duty with Ronnie Tennant exhibiting instruments and accessories, including a special limited edition Conn 88H Trombone at a very special price.

This instrument has been specially prepared for this event and is a throwback to the famous Conn 'Elkhart' model of the mid 1950's that made such a worldwide impact.

So come along and say hello — and come along to talk to an expert.
