Studio Music moves into new ownership

Studio Music has been taken over by the Salvation Army Trading Company.

The Salvation Army Trading Company has announced that they have acquired Studio Music Company Ltd.

It will see Studio Music move premises from Luton to Wellingborough, where Mhairi Reid and Heidi Sones, who have many years of music retail experience, will continue to supply the same high level of expertise Studio Music customers are used to.

Studio Music (Publications), established in 1957, remains under the ownership of Stan Kitchen. It was confirmed that the new catalogue of works published by Studio Music (Publications) will be exclusively distributed from the new premises.
