Men O' Brass gains great response

There has been a great response to the recent call for a revival concert of Men O' Brass.

4BR has been informed that the ambitious plan to stage a grand massed band concert in the style of Harry Mortimer's iconic 'Men O' Brass' on March 25th at Cradley Heath Salvation Army is going well.

Different bands

Spokesperson Davifd Birch told 4BR: "We have players from 12 different bands represented so far, and we are looking forward to a terrific evening.

In a great link with the past, Keith Bailey, who was a former member of Men O' Brass and also Morris Motors Band (BMC) from Oxford is travelling up from Hungerford to play."
