Cameras capture Red Admiral in full flight

The brilliant youngsters of the Red Admiral Music Academy Band have been featured on the BBC

The BBC cameras came to feature the Red Admiral youngsters in action under MD Daniel Brooks

The newly crowned Action Medical Research Entertainment Junior Section champions, Red Admiral Music Academy Band, has been featured on the regional news programme BBC North West Tonight, following their fantastic victory at the event a couple of weeks ago.

Formed less than two years ago from pupils of four primary schools in the small Lancashire town of Mawdesley, one that boasts a population of less than 2000 people, the cameras came to a recent rehearsal under MD Daniel Brooks where they took time to film the band reprise their winning performance and interviewing their MD.
