Ellerby was one of the featured composers at this year's event — in honour of his forthcoming 60th birthday.
Here he talks about his works, whilst Ian Clowes of Goldy Solutions followed him to a rehearsal with Foden's Band with James Gourlay as they worked on his major composition 'Genesis'.
