Former percussion player and Band Manager Lee Downie has had his sentence on two offences of voyeurism and five of possessing or distributing indecent images of children, deferred for six months following a hearing at Gloucester Crown Court.
Pleaded guilty
The deferred sentencing, which could still include the possibility of imprisonment or a large fine, will now be looked at again in July. Downie pleaded guilty to the offences at a previous hearing.
