Kippax Band has been busy in the transfer window ahead of their appearance at the Second Section Yorkshire Area contest in Huddersfield in March.

Signings

Coming back to the band after a short time away are Ed and Eva Hallas who join on 2nd and 3rd cornet, whilst joining the trombone section are Richard Powne and Tony Spencer on 2nd Trombone and Bass trombone. Natalie Bamforth also comes in on BBb tuba.

MD Ian Knapton told 4BR: "It's great that the band has been so proactive in getting a full team back together.

I know it was a hard few months last year when players were hard to find and attract, but after a great Christmas period and working hard, it's all coming together."
