The Principal Trombone of the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra will be leading the event at the Wingates bandroom in Westhoughton on March 18th, which is specifically for trombone players of all ages from Grade 5 standard up.
Limited spaces
There are limited spaces, as throughout the workshop each participant will receive personal tuition time from one of the UKs finest professional trombone players.
And even if you don't play the trombone and want to come along and gain tips and advice from Simon, then make sure you book a place too.
Finest
Simon is rightly regarded as one of the UKs finest professional trombonists and studied at Chetham's School of Music and the Guildhall School of Music & Drama as well as being a member of the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain and European Union Youth Orchestra.
He has performed with many of the UK's leading symphonic ensembles including the London Symphony Orchestra, BBC Symphony Orchestra and Academy of St Martin in the Fields, and as also solo trombone with Black Dyke Band, Fairey and YBS Bands.
