Cornerstone Brass has bid farewell to solo euphonium player Joel Moore.

Joel signed for the band in 2012 on baritone before progressing to euphonium and subsequently to the solo chair where he helped the band to a Second Section Yorkshire Regional Championship success and National Finals appearance in 2013.

New challenge

A band spokesperson told 4BR: "All at Cornerstone wish him well on his new challenge."

I'd like to thank the team at Cornerstone Brass. I've had a great four years with the band. It's a special group that conduct themselves in the right way and play music for the right reasonsJoel Moore

Thanks

Meanwhile, Joel added: "I'd like to thank the team at Cornerstone Brass. I've had a great four years with the band. It's a special group that conduct themselves in the right way and play music for the right reasons."
