The golf mad lads at the Irvine & Dreghorn Band (and you can see this from their wonderful attire, above) have just undertaken a marathon 40 Round Golf Challenge to celebrate their band's 40th anniversary.

The three day venture which ended yesterday (23rd June) saw the quartet play 10 rounds of golf each — 40 rounds in total at 10 different courses in Ayrshire, finishing at the Irvine Golf Club.
