Spring Festival bands urged to check registration

Bands heading to Blackpool this weekend should make sure they have got all their player registration details in place.

The British Open Spring Festival has urged band secretaries to ensure they make a final check of their registration details for players ahead of the Grand Shield, Senior Cup and Senior Trophy contests taking place in Blackpool this weekend.

A spokesperson told 4BR: "We have had an excellent working relationship with the competing bands, but we want to ensure that everyone has made sure that there will be no last minute problems.
