A free charity concert is being held this Friday in memory of the late Adrian 'Benny' Morris, to help raise funds for the St Ann's Hospice in Little Hulton.
Passion
Supported by Brass Toff Instruments Repairs, the evening will feature the Elliott Brass Ensemble and will be dominated by trombones in honour of Adrian's great love of music and passion for the instrument.
The event will feature guest soloists, Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra Principal Trombonist Simon Cowen as well as Josh Criteria, who will pay his own homage with 'Wandering Star', which Benny himself made famous at the Granada Band of Year contest.
Donations
Donations go to benefit St Ann's Hospice — Little Hulton, but a percentage of the proceeds will also go towards the RNCM Trombone Choir, which Adrian inspired and tutored, to help raise funds following their recent success in winning the 2016 ITA 'Emory Remington' Trombone Choir Competition.
