The Keswick Midsummer Festival has announced that it is to hold a Festival of Brass Competition at the beautiful Fitz Park in Keswick in Cumbria on Saturday 18th June.

The Keswick Midsummer Festival has been running for a number of years but this year the organisers wanted to include a brass band contest for the very first time.

The open entertainment contest has a generous prize fund and pre-draw and is sure to attract a large and appreciative audience.
