Newtongrange Silver Band has announced that they will team up once more with Dr Keith Wilkinson for their Scottish Championship and Spring Festival Senior Cup challenges this year.

Long association

Keith's association with Newtongrange goes back almost 30 years and has been maintained even with his move to the USA over 20 years ago.

Their most recent performance together was in qualifying from the Senior Trophy at the 2015 Spring Festival in Blackpool. The band now hopes that the partnership can also emulate their memorable 1991 victory together at the Scottish Championship.

We are eagerly looking forward to meeting up once more with Keith for two great Philip Sparke works — a compositional favourite of us bothNewtongrange Band
