Water, Water everywhere...

The recent deluge of rain didn't stop Band Supplies from meeting customer's musical requirements...

The recent horrific weather that has brought flooding to many parts of the UK has also affected many bands and businesses.

One such was Band Supplies Ltd in Leeds (above), where the rising tide of water eventually found its way into the basement of the shop.

Clean-up

However, as soon as they could, staff returned to work and started the clean-up operation — one that has taken time and plenty of hard graft, but which hasn't stopped the company trading with customers all over the world.

Customer's needs

Band Supplies Managing Director Ronnie Tennent told 4BR: "In comparison to many people and families we have been lucky, but it's still taken a great deal of hard work from the staff to get things back on track. I can't thank the lads enough.

They have been superb and ensured all our customer's needs have been met."

We've managed to catch up now and get everything back on track, and we are looking forward to meeting up with everyone at what promises to be a great event in Skegness!Chris Tudball

Back to normal

He added: "There will be more work to do to get things back to normal in the shop itself, but it won't affect the service we provide. The lads have also been given a nice holiday break in Skegness for the Butlins Mineworkers Championship — so hopefully the tide will be out there!"

Leeds Shop Manager Chris Tudball added: "We've managed to catch up now and get everything back on track, and we are looking forward to meeting up with everyone at what promises to be a great event in Skegness!"
