Swiss trio ready for new tour

'The Three Cornets' of Patrick Vergeres, Stephane Rudaz and Jeremy Coquoz will be starting their next domestic tour over the Christmas season.

'The Three Cornets' — the trio of stars from Treize Etoiles Band in Switzerland have announced details of their forthcoming domestic concert tour.

Patrick Vergeres, Stephane Rudaz and Jeremy Coquoz (above) will bring their innovative brand of entertainment to six concert destinations — starting just before Christmas and finishing in March next year, based on a musical concept entitled, 'Cocktail Valaisan'

Five new bands

This will see the players perform with five new bands, with a different programme to be featured in concerts in Nendaz, Crans, Viege, Sion, Monthey and Montsevelier.

Looking forward

It is the third time that the celebrated players will have undertaken a tour — the first back in 2009 and the last in 2014, and they are certainly looking forward to it as Patrick Vergeres told 4BR: "I'm very excited about performing again with these two superb players and friends, and happy that our tour will see us playing with so many great new bands."

Meanwhile, Jeremy Coquoz added: "I'm glad that so many bands were interested to our project and I hope the audience will enjoy listening to us."
