2015 Belgian National Championship

17 bands battle for Begian glory in Heist-op-den-Berg on the weekend — with a place in Lille for the band that wins the Championship Section title.

The 2015 Belgian National Championships take place for the 37th time this weekend at the splendid Cultural Centre Zwaneberg in Heist-op-den-Berg (above)

The competition is organized by Vlamo, the Flemish Association of non-professional Music Bands and Musicians and will be run over the two days (28th/29th November) and will feature 17 bands in the four divisions.

European

The winner of the Championship Section will represent Belgium at the 2016 European Championship in Lille, France. The eight top flight contenders will perform the set work, 'Trance' by Thomas Doss as well as their own choice selections.

The adjudicators for the event are Alan Morrison (GB), Jan de Haan (NL) and Mark Wilkinson (GB).
