The Association of Brass Band Adjudicators has announced the date of their 2016 Regional test-piece workshop

Experienced

Experienced members of the Association will present workshops on each of the Area works set for the Fourth, Third and Second Sections, on Sunday 14th February.

The venue is yet to be confirmed, but the event is open to all players, conductors and brass band supporters who wish to come along and find out more in detail about the judge's views on the compositions and their performance expectations.

Tips and opinions

These will include tips and opinions on the intricacies of the music, how best to prepare for the performance and the likely pitfalls that may be encountered, together with discussions of tempi, style and overall approach.
